Role:
Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, execution, and ongoing management of the company's corporate
and product marketing communications programs. Working closely with corporate communications / PR,
marketing and sales, you will drive advertising, collateral, trade shows, web, direct mail —
both strategy and tactics. Help manage market positioning efforts, and brand development
initiatives. Manage internal and external teams in the areas of events, creative services, advertising,
lead generation, web, etc.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing and communications experience preferably in the
telecommunications, networking or mobile markets.
- Strong experience in events/trade show management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to work hard and have fun doing so

Role:
Regional Sales Director — Eastern US Region
Responsibilities:
Interacts, communicates with and responds to existing customer base to identify and respond to sales
opportunities. Develops, maintains and creates relationships with clients, vendors and internal
departments. Delivers concise, organized, comprehensive presentations. Help respond to RFP's and help
solve customer business problems. Builds a pipeline of new customers. Meets or exceeds established
annual sales quota. Understanding of Data networking, specifically WLAN, Wireless Mesh, and associated
data applications that would run over this infrastructure. Build and maintain relationships with technical
decision makers, influencers and Senior Management at Service Provider and end-user customers. Meet and
exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales by generating end-user demand. Target top opportunities to
provide short-term and long-term revenue potential, cost to sell, and probability of success. Make
the appropriate numbers of calls on prospects versus customers. Identify potential growth areas and
open new accounts. Prepare presentations, reports, and price quotations. Sell products at standard
pricing or at pricing that has been formally approved by management. Work closely with the Regional
Sales Engineer to conduct customer education and product information meetings. Continually learn new
product knowledge and strive to acquire better selling skills. Attend and participate in sales meetings,
product seminars, and required trade-shows. Increase market share by calling on a large number of diverse
Channel Partners to promote and sell wireless products, communicate special marketing/pricing programs,
prepare and conduct VAR training on new products, and educational seminars, collect competitive information,
handle and resolve problems and complaints. Advise partners on market conditions and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven, successful sales track record.
- Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to translate product advantages.
- Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical professionals at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills — both verbal and written.

- WiFi, WiMAX and/or other wireless technology sales experience.
- Experience in the Service Provider market and/or the Municipal Wireless market is preferred.
Education:

Role: Systems Engineer — Eastern US Region
Responsibilities:
Support pre-sales activities in demo installations, addressing technical questions, presenting GO
Network’s technology during customer presentations, etc. Provide deployment and integration
support for GO Networks equipment and related systems with which it interfaces. Work directly with
municipalities, sales partners, wireless ISP’s, and other operators. Define, plan and implement
trials with customers designed to evaluate our equipment. Conduct various testing of GO Network’s
wireless system and interfacing 3rd party equipment for acceptance testing and troubleshooting problems.
Support customer integration process. Provide regular feedback to the Customer Service, Sales, Marketing
and R&D organizations of customer opinions, needed features and deployment plans. Be available to
support customers over the phone and online at odd hours.
Qualifications:
- 8 or more years experience in technical sales support
- Problem solver and "quick study" of new technologies
- Previous experience working with directly with customers
- Willing to travel 40%-50% (mainly in US but possibly internationally)
- Experience in outdoor wireless system installation and deployment
- Experience in IP networking
- Capable of training and educating customer staff in managing our system
- Ability to operate independently
- Ability to work effectively from a home office
Education:
BS/BA minimum requirement, engineering degree desirable CCIE, CCNA, JNCIE desirable
