GO Net (former name GoNetworks) was founded in late 2003 by Oz Leave, the former Head of the Electronic Research and Development Department in the Ministry of Defense. The company’s international headquarters is located in Mountain View, California, U.S.A.

In Q1 2007, GO Networks was acquired by NextWave Wireless (NASDAQ: WAVE). In Jan 2009 GO was acquired out of Nextwave by a group of VCs and private investors to become a private company again called Go Net Systems.
